LOGISTICS MANAGER
Location: Toronto, Canada Contract Type: Event-based (One-time per event) Positions: 1 Hourly Rate: $50.00/hour Estimated Duration: 8 hours per event Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee event logistics. The ideal candidate will have a G driver’s license and experience in managing operations during events. Your primary responsibilities will include driving a MAAZAR-provided transportation to pick up and drop off materials for events. On-site, you will coordinate the entry of guests with the venue’s security to ensure smooth access and a positive event experience. This role is vital to ensuring the success of MAAZAR events, and we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Drive the MAAZAR-provided transportation to pick up and deliver event materials Coordinate with security and guests to ensure a seamless entry process Provide on-site logistical support during the event Ensure all materials are delivered to the correct locations and set up in a timely manner Resolve any issues related to event entry and guest management Requirements: Valid G driver’s license Ability to drive a U-Haul vehicle Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Must be comfortable managing logistical operations during events Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Benefits: Competitive pay rate of $50.00/hour One-time event-based contract Hands-on experience in managing event logistics for a growing company To apply, send us your resume and cover letter to info@maazar.ca with the title of the position.
CHECK-IN RECEPTIONIST
Location: Toronto, Canada Contract Type: Event-based (One-time per event) Positions: 4 Hourly Rate: $30.00/hour Estimated Duration: 5 hours per event Job Overview: MAAZAR is looking for four diligent Check-In Receptionists to assist with the smooth check-in of guests at our events. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning tickets and stamping guests at the event entrance, ensuring that every guest is properly checked in. This is a key role in providing a welcoming and efficient entry process, which is essential for the overall success of the event.
